We bring one-on-one ABA therapy to your door anywhere in St. Louis, with a local team based downtown. Most families get started within two to four weeks.
St. Louis families are busy. Between work, school runs, and everything else, driving across town to a clinic several times a week can feel impossible. So we come to you.
Your child’s therapist works with them at home, during the routines that matter most to your family; mornings, mealtimes, playtime and bedtime. A BCBA designs your child’s plan and supervises every step, and you learn the same strategies along the way, so progress keeps going between sessions.
Our St. Louis office is home base for the clinicians who serve families across the city and county. It’s where our team plans, meets and stays connected, so your child gets care from people who know the area. Therapy itself happens in your home, so you won’t need to come in for sessions.

We accept Medicaid (MO HealthNet) and most major insurance plans. Missouri law requires many health plans to cover ABA therapy for autism, and MO HealthNet covers ABA for eligible children. We verify your benefits and take care of the paperwork before therapy begins, so you know where you stand from the start.
