Our Team
Meet the Heart Behind True Progress
Our team didn’t choose to be here to clock out at the end of the day. They decided to be here because they chose to change lives—one session at a time.
Our Leadership
Michele Young
Michele has been in the trenches since 2009, changing the lives of young people with Autism. She’s run programs at Rutgers, worked in schools across New Jersey and the Carolinas, taught graduate students at LaSalle University, and led behavioral services at Autism Family Services of NJ. She’s built her expertise by doing the work—not just talking about it.
At True Progress, Michele oversees operations and makes sure every BCBA has the resources and support they need to deliver real results. She specializes in Functional Communication Training, PECS, and building programs that actually work in schools and homes. But what drives her most is training therapists and working directly with communities—because when therapists are equipped to succeed, kids thrive.
Michele keeps the team focused on one thing: measurable progress that changes lives.
